Delete your Early Builders account

This page explains how to delete your Early Builders account and personal data. It is provided by V4 DevLabs, Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala, India for the Early Builders mobile app and is the account-deletion page referred to in our Privacy Policy: www.v4devlabs.com/early-builders/privacy-policy
Option 1: delete it in the app (students)
- Sign in to the Early Builders app.
- Open Profile, then tap Delete account.
- Confirm when asked.
Waiting for approval, or access ended
If you are still waiting for approval, or your access has ended, you can delete your account from the waiting screen.
Result
Your account is deleted straight away.
Option 2: request deletion by email
Use this if you no longer have the app installed, or if you are a teacher or admin (those accounts are removed by an admin).
Email v4devlabs@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Early Builders account". We may need to confirm it is you. We aim to act within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile, name, email, phone number and photo
- Your private notes and lesson progress
- Your tasks and their files
- Your assignment hand-ins and their files
- Your attendance records
- Your sign-in account
What is kept
- Payment records (the month paid for, amount and reference) are kept for as long as the law or our accounts require, and only for that purpose.
- Cards and documents you added to your batch's project board stay for the rest of the batch. Your name on them is replaced with "Former student".
- Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.
Good to know
Deleting your account means we can no longer give you access to the programme.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
